CD Linear CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Filler
The new CD Linear tube filler can reach speeds of up to 200 tubes per minute. Its sleek linear design uses an 18 position track reinforced belt driven by an indexing drive and features easy access on all four machine sides for maintenance and cleaning. With robotized tube loading and unloading, a highly precise filling pump and a "cutting-edge" closure system changeover, it quickly adapts to any production changes (of product, size or tube type). This unit can be equipped with either hot air or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S tube fillers, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 machines in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.
